I had a good idea of turbine engine before reading this book and now I have a great understanding. This book was needed for aviation courses. This book is straight to the point, very detail oriented, and very helpful for aviation courses.

Very informative and detailed. This good appears to be part of a class, or training program, it is full of new information.

The book contains just about everything you would ever want to know about how turbine engines work and other associated systems. It's got plenty of illustrations though it is a little dry so I would recommend drinking a red bull before trying to get through a chapter.
This is a lot better than the FAA, prescribed book in my school. Easier to understand.
